Shipping and payment
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. From an order value of 100.00 euros, we deliver free of shipping costs throughout Germany. For order values below 100.00 euros and for deliveries to EU or non-EU countries, the shipping costs can be found in the following table.
During the ordering process, the shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed in the shopping basket and at the end of the ordering process. You can choose to pay in advance, by credit card or PayPal. Shipping is climate-friendly with DHL GoGreen

Your order will be shipped within 1-5 working days. For special items or items that are sold out, please refer to the item description for the delivery time.
If you order several items with different delivery times, we will ship all products together as soon as they are all available. The delivery time for your order will therefore correspond to the longest delivery time specified for any of the items.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a parcel number (tracking number) from us, which you can use to check the current status of your delivery online at any time.
