Online dispute resolution
Since the first quarter of 2016, the European Commission has provided a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. This gives consumers the opportunity to resolve disputes relating to their online orders without first involving a court. The dispute resolution platform can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
